Information We Collect
T.A.N.processes personal and business data that you submit directly—such as applications, contracts, diligence documents, and event RSVPs—as well as platform metadata like login timestamps, file access events, and workflow status changes. We do not sell personal data.
How We Use Your Data
Member Onboarding
We collect identification details, accreditation attestations, and tax information to evaluate eligibility, prepare contracts, and fulfill compliance obligations.
Startup Applications & Diligence
Founders share company materials that we store in staged data rooms. Access is limited to authorized investors and staff, and every view is captured in our audit log.
Event Operations
Participant preferences, attendance status, and feedback help us orchestrate hybrid pitch nights, workshops, and follow-up communications.
Retention & Security
Application and membership records are retained for at least seven years to satisfy governance obligations. We host data in EU-based facilities with encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and automated backups to meet our business continuity commitments.
Your Rights
- Request a copy of your personal data processed by TAN.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information or update your preferences.
- Withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.
- Request deletion of your data where continued processing is not required by law or contractual obligations.
